Task on 23th Feb: To get the volunteer tags ready, about 40, (Nicholas Lim) and set up the hall for 24th Feb.
Time line for 24th Feb: our duty is from 8.30am to 1.30pm. (We'll need as many manpower as possible!!!) However, do arrrive at 8.00am for a briefing from Clement and a tour around the booths to understand the procedures of blood donation.
Note: we'll be attending evening mass on the 23th Feb as a community.
